Service Description
Starter Locs The beginning of your loc journey. Starter locs are the foundation of your future locs, created using your natural hair. Whether done with two-strand twists, coils, or braids, this is where your story begins. Results and timeline vary based on hair texture and density. Retwist Regular maintenance to keep your locs neat, tight, and healthy at the root. A retwist refreshes your look and promotes clean, defined loc growth. Recommended every 4–6 weeks, depending on your hair type and growth rate. Loc Styling Take your locs to the next level with a custom style. From updos and ponytails to intricate designs, loc styling adds versatility and personality to your look for any occasion.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments & Deposits A non-refundable $25 deposit is required to secure all appointments. Your appointment date and time will not be held without a deposit. Deposits are applied toward your total service balance. No deposit, no service. NO exceptions. Cancellations & Late Arrivals Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made without proper notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment canceled and will be required to rebook and submit a new deposit. Your time is valued; please respect mine as well. Guest Policy To maintain a peaceful and productive studio environment, clients may bring no more than one additional guest. Additional guests beyond that must be approved in advance. Children under 7 are not permitted in the studio unless they are the client being serviced. Hair & Preparation Clients are responsible for supplying their own hair extensions unless otherwise arranged prior to the appointment. If you are unable to provide your own hair, please contact me in advance so proper accommodations can be made. Hair should be clean and detangled upon arrival to avoid delays or additional charges. Payment Payment is currently accepted only via online booking, cash, and CashApp. Full payment is due at the time of service. Prices are non-negotiable and subject to change based on hair length, density, and style complexity. Mobile Services Travel services are available upon request. Travel fees may apply depending on location and distance. Please inquire prior to booking for availability and pricing. Right to Refuse Service Nae Thestylist reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who is disrespectful, late beyond the grace period, or in violation of studio policy.
